The Callan Course was founded in 2011 with the goal of revitalizing a classic leadership paradigm and re-envisioning that classic paradigm in the context of modern society and organizations. The Callan Course was developed by Paul Callan who is a retired US Marine Corps Colonel with nearly 30 years of experience leading large and dynamic organizations in the military and private sectors.

Headquartered in San Diego, CA, The Callan Course™ provides professional leadership development to a variety of clients and industries, both locally and internationally. Our methodology includes live seminars, workshops, speaking engagements such as keynote or capstone addresses, executive coaching, and mentoring.
